We like to be 100% transparent with our rates. You can see what we charge for handyman & specialist services below. We also provide free quotes for larger jobs. In order to give you flexibility and value for money, our minimum handyman booking is just 1/2 hour and we charge by the 1/2 hour after that.

- All charges are unit costs per tradesman.
- 1/2 hour minimum job for handymen.
- 1 hour minimum job for plumber / electrician / locksmith / carpenter.
- 1 hour minimum for “early bird” slot 7-8am.
- Please note that for early bird slot, we cannot undertake work that is likely to cause noise nuisance to your neighbours.
- Specialist Carpentry work includes: hanging doors, sash cords, flooring, bespoke shelving, etc. *
- Parking is charged at cost where applicable.
- Congestion Charge is charged where applicable.
- Materials are charged at cost +25%.
- Specialist sub-contractors are charged at cost +25%.
- Sourcing time for materials is charged at a flat rate of £20+VAT where applicable.
- If we arrive and are unable to carry out the work through no fault of our own, the minimum charge applicable to the booking will be applied (£42.50+VAT for a handyman, £75+VAT for an electrician, plumber or other specialist).
- For fixed rate bookings, however, or bookings scheduled after 6:00pm on a weekday or at any time on a Saturday or Sunday, we reserve the right to charge the total estimated value of the booking.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking, please give us 48 hours notice to avoid a late notice charge of £20+VAT.
